"Curiosity about the workings of the human body combined with a passion for all things natural led me into the natural medicine industry. After completing a degree in Biology, I went on to study Naturopathy. I gained my qualifications in Australia (training in the fields of Nutrition, Herbal Medicine and Homoeopathy) and have also completed Homoeopathic Clinical Training in India , as well as a specialist Sports Nutrition qualification.

"Over the past few years I have worked as a Naturopath, Consultant and Lecturer in Australia , Thailand , Ireland and the UK. Presently I combine my clinical practice with teaching and writing in Ireland and in the UK .

"Whilst I am happy to see all cases, I have a keen interest in children’s health, digestive complaints, skin complaints and those conditions that no-one seems to have an answer for!"
